One of the members can easily create a group and then all of you can start to work on the feedbacks. With that, you can help each other to improve your way of working or give compliments or motivate you.

And all of that, anonymously: You can only receive feedback from a group member and you will not know who was the one who did it (if the group, of course, is formed by more thant 2 members). With that, we try to ensure that nobody feels inhibited by giving his/her opinion. To be effective and helpful, try to comment in a constructive way.
